Common Problem
Do I need to purchase an additional SIM for GPS? How much data does it consume per month?
Our mobile APP and web platforms are free and require no subscription. There is no subscription fee for our TKMARS GPS tracker, you only need to purchase an additional local SIM card, which includes receiving text messages, calls and data. (no matter which work mode, the APP consumes data not more than 0.05GB in a month)
How do I get started using the tracker? How to position?
1. Have a SIM card that can receive text messages and calls as well as data traffic. (need to be inserted correctly)
2. Cancel PIN code and voicemail.
3. Make a call to the SIM card in the GPS or send "G123456#" and you will receive a text message with a Google Maps link.
4. Open the APP and click Real-time Positioning to see the real-time GPS position. (If the app shows not enabled/not activated, you need to set up apn, please tell us)
Power consumption too fast!!
Our car tracker has a built-in 5000 mAh battery, which can be used for 3-7 days in working mode and 90 days in standby mode, of course, this depends on the frequency of GPS operation.
